Privacy

All personal information provided to Taos Rockers via product purchases, website / email registration, and newsletter subscription will be used for those purposes, as well as for newsletter exclusives, discounts, and updates emailed to the customer who provided the information. Personal information will not be shared with others without permission.

In registering and providing personal data, you represent and warrant that: (a) the information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete (apart from optional items) as required by various Taos Rockers registration forms ("Registration Data") and (b) you will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Taos Rockers has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Taos Rockers has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Products and Services.  

Refunds

All Taos Rockers products are sold as-is, whether purchased in the Taos store or the online store. Taos Rockers provides no refunds, no exchanges, and no returns on purchases with the exception of certain shipping-related damage (see “Shipping” section.

All shipping-related refunds are the total amount paid minus an 8.5% restocking fee and the shipping fee.

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

Shipping

Shipping is done through the Shopify online platform and generally uses the US Postal Service. Taos Rockers ships to all 50 states and to many international locations. Generally online orders are shipped with a few days of the order; if you require faster shipping, please leave a note in the space provided when you place the online order.

Items delivered damaged: If an item arrives at your destination damaged due to shipping, please immediately take photos of the condition of the box and the damage that has been done to the item. Contact Taos Rockers within 24 of delivery to initiate an insurance claim and issue a return/exchange/refund.

Items Lost in Transit: The customer must file a lost package claim with the shipping carrier (usually USPS). Taos Rockers cannot be held responsible for packages once handed over to a shipping carrier. Once the claim has been filed with the shipping carrier, Taos Rockers will issue a full purchase refund upon receipt of the claim refund from the shipping carrier. This delay is in place in the event that the package is found by the shipping carrier and the claim refund is not issued to Taos Rockers. 

Third-Party Shipping: If your purchase is over 10 lbs and/or unusually delicate we may refer you to one of the local Taos crating or shipping companies for safer shipping; this is at the customer’s expense.

If your item/s were shipped via a third-party crating/shipping company and your item/s arrived at your destination damaged due to shipping, please immediately take photos of the condition of the box and the damage that has been done to the item. Contact the third party shipping company that made the shipment within 24 hours with your tracking number so they can file an insurance claim and issue a refund. Such refunds usually take  3-5 days to process and post.
